Key Responsibilities Input large volumes of data from diverse sources into our company database with accuracy. Ensure timely processing of claims and applications by accurately entering all necessary data. Enter customer and account information into the relevant fields within the database software.Identify and rectify errors using established quality control procedures. Review data for inconsistencies and seek additional information for incomplete records. Alert the appropriate department leadership if there are issues with data acceptance in the system. Maintain a daily log of production to document all time and work accurately. Execute other duties as assigned by management. Required Skills Strong communication abilities with a diverse range of individuals. Proficient in bolthires Office and bolthires Suite.Exceptional attention to detail to ensure a high degree of accuracy. Capability to work autonomously and meet deadlines consistently. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in data entry or related office roles is preferred.
