 Enter customer and account information into the appropriate fields within the company database software.
 Identify and rectify any discrepancies through appropriate quality control measures.
 Review data for inconsistencies and seek clarification for incomplete documentation.
 Notify relevant department leadership regarding any issues with the system.
 Maintain a production log to accurately document all time and work.
 Execute additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills
 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
 Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy.
 Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines consistently.
 Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend work as necessary.
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Prior experience in data entry or a related office environment is preferred but not mandatory.
