⢠Assist patients with verifying their medical insurance and exploring available payment options.
Required Skills
⢠A strong understanding of benefit verification and prior authorization is preferred.
⢠Previous experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical benefits, insurance, and prescriptions are advantageous.
Qualifications
⢠At least one year of experience in a healthcare or medical call center environment is required.
⢠A verifiable high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
