We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to work with our elementary level students in English! These courses will cover everything from phonics, ESL, creative writing, public speaking, and anything else under the k-6 English umbrella. Teachers will teach the course to groups of students for 1 hour a week for 15 weeks and will be able to pick up to 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week. Most of our teachers begin at 2-8 hours a week and add classes as more students start sessions.
Who would be our ideal fit?
 Someone who loves working with kids and can teach in a developmentally friendly manner.
 Please, do not apply if you intend to only teach for a few weeks. Our courses are built to last for 15 weeks with minimal interruptions. We expect kind, respectful, reliable, and high-quality candidates.
 Required to pass a background check
 Must read and answer texts and emails right away to ensure that students get quality feedback as well as respond if you are able to... take a class that's offered.
 The ideal candidate will understand the concept of time zone difference and work with it daily and comfortably.
 Teaching certification is preferred.
 Teachers must be able to work at least some of these hours:
 Saturday and Sunday: 5 am-8 am + 8 pm-11 pm EST
 Monday - Friday 5am-8am EST
 We will confirm what hours you would be available for during the interview.
Skills
 Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
 Proficiency in tutoring students in subjects such as math and literacy.
 Ability to create a safe and supportive classroom environment for all students.
 Competence in utilizing learning technology to enhance instruction.
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
 Must have at least a completed bachelor's degree in elementary education, education, k-12 math, or another related degree field.

 Our base salary is 15 dollars an hour for the first three months. After the first three months, teachers will be evaluated to see if they are eligible to go on to tier 2 teaching which qualifies them for multiple types of bonuses.
