 Participate in training and development to enhance skillsets and knowledge.
 Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
 Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and compassion.
 Proficiency in using live chat software and basic computer applications.
 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
 Flexibility to work various shifts.
