- **Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members and various departments to relay customer feedback and improve processes and products.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay current with product details, industry trends, and customer service best practices to continuously improve the quality of support provided.
- **Adaptability:** Adjust communication styles to suit various customer personalities and preferences to ensure an impactful and personalized experience.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; associateÂs degree preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using live chat platforms, CRM software, and general computer applications. Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
