 Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
 Log all interactions and update customer records in the system.
Qualifications:
 Excellent written communication skills.
 Strong problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to multitask and handle several chats simultaneously.
 Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
 Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.
