Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Able to handle a large volume of inquiries, while always providing excellent service. Will be responsible for utilizing customer service and sales skills to: identify consumer needs, provide prompt resolution to inquiries and follow through with all customers until satisfaction in services. All Entry Level Sales Associates will be performing the point of sale in person either through a client event or in the comfort of their own home to create a personalized relationship.

 Ability to remain highly motivated in a service and sales environment
 Analytical thinker and problem solver
 Attention to detail and quality-oriented
 Multi-task oriented
 Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills
 Confident and positive attitude expressed with a genuinely sincere tone
 Adaptive to change
 Able to have consistency in sales quotas and be comfortable working with a full commission pay structure
 Excellent oral and written communication skills with emphasis on probing
 Ability to lead a conversation, negotiate, and upsell products as needed
 Demonstrate personal responsibility (i.e., attendance, punctuality, ownership of day-to-day activities)
Entry Level Sales Associate Educational Requirements:
 High School Diploma or equivalent experience
 College preferred
 Experience in sales or customer service is a bonus
