Qualifications:
Health and/or life insurance license required.
Proven industry experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship. Must be an experienced licensed life & health agent.

Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac.
Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.

Attend Virtual team meetings and trainings.
