OVERVIEW:
The Analyst supports the marketing analytics portfolio. Under supervision, this
individual is responsible for developing analyses and occasional reporting to
unearth insights and findings to inform action rooted in data, servicing ad-hoc
analytics requests and stakeholder questions.
This role will specifically support the loyalty and personalization space and business partners. In this role, you may work on subject matter areas as our credit card program, our customer facing text message marketing, our scorecard loyalty program or other... customer targeted marketing messaging.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:Â
Analytics & Testing
 Under supervision, synthesize myriad data sources into holistic narratives to address business opportunities and strategic direction.
 Utilize existing reporting systems to create reports, deriving information from multiple sources, to develop cohesive presentation of KPIs that is easy-to-understand.
 Perform and support detailed ad hoc, short-term and mid-term analyses on quantitative and qualitative data to answer business questions and/or help inform strategic direction.
 With direction and training, develop statistically sound test designs.
 Utilize common tools and platforms (e.g. SQL, GCP, Excel), and/or vendor platforms (Epsilon, Attentive, Adobe) to query, join, extract, and manipulate raw data from disparate sources to tell a comprehensive story with key insights and recommended actions.
Business Stakeholder Support
 With supervision, develop and deliver ad hoc reports and analyses to business stakeholders.
 Support formal and informal training sessions with client groups to enable business stakeholders to answer questions via self-service tools such as Intera (internal BI tool) and PowerBI.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Preferred in Economics, Statistics, Finance Liberal Arts or Related Field
 1-3 Years of Experience
 SQL, R, Python, experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI) preferred; GCP or Azure Experience
Targeted Pay Range: $54,600.00 - $90,900.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
