What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive enterprise-wide Continuity Program
 Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments
 Manage day-to-day continuity activities and update the Continuity Plan
 Lead the OIT Continuity Working Group and coordinate with teams on related initiatives
 Represent OIT in the statewide continuity community and build collaborative relationships
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Minimum of five (5) years of experience in emergency management and/or continuity program design and implementation
 Knowledge of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and FEMA's Continuity Guidance Circular
 Ability to develop and implement policies, standards, and guidelines
 Experience in conducting training and exercises related to continuity planning
 Must comply with pre-employment background checks and potential drug testing
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Previous experience with municipal, state, or federal government organizations
 Familiarity with state-specific regulations regarding Emergency Management and Continuity Planning
 Program management experience and relevant certifications (CBCI, CBCP, EDRP)
 ITIL Certification
