Role Summary:
The Client Success Specialist will be an essential part of our Delivery Team, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, primarily schools, and school districts. You will play a vital role in the onboarding process, ensuring clients have a smooth and positive experience from the start, and offering ongoing support throughout their journey with us. This role emphasizes proactive client care, efficient email and account management, and fostering positive relationships with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Onboarding: Lead new schools and school districts through the onboarding process, addressing questions and ensuring a seamless start.
• Customer Care & Support: Respond to client inquiries, including those from schools and district representatives, through email and provide ongoing support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Email & Account Management: Manage client communications, maintain organized records of interactions, and oversee account details for each school or district.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and participate in client meetings with educational institutions, ensure follow-up on action items, and maintain clear communication channels.
• Client Advocacy: Serve as a client advocate, liaising with internal teams to ensure the specific needs of schools and districts are met and expectations are exceeded.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Client Services or Customer Success: 2+ years in a similar role, ideally working with schools or educational institutions.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills, with an ability to handle client concerns professionally, empathetically, and efficiently.
• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts within the education sector, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM Software: Experience with CRM platforms and account management tools is a plus.
• Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time preferred to support optimal communication with our clients and team.
