### Job Description

iHeartMedia is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Client Service Representative** to join our remote team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our client's needs are met and that their expectations are exceeded.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify and troubleshoot client concerns, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure a swift resolution.
- **Account Management:** Assist clients in understanding our services and products, and provide guidance on how to maximize their benefits.
- **Feedback Handling:** Collect and document client feedback to help enhance service offerings and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- **Relationship Building:** Develop strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of iHeartMedia’s products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- **Reporting:** Generate and maintain reports related to client interactions, tracking client satisfaction and areas for improvement.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive communication and a unified approach to client service.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in training and development opportunities to better serve our clients and enhance personal skill sets.

#### Requirements:

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
