 Capture and record customer contact information for lead generation and follow-up.
 Summarize customer interactions for review by clients to optimize service delivery.
Required Skills
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficient multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
 Basic knowledge of internet navigation and Windows-based computer applications.
 Positive demeanor with a professional approach to customer service.
 Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
 Fast typing skills, with a minimum requirement of 35 WPM preferred at 40 WPM.
 Adaptability to change and enthusiasm for a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
 Experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred but not mandatory.
 A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required.
