Full-Time Real Estate Closer (Commission-Only, U.S.-Based, Southeast Preferred)
We’re looking for a professional, persuasive, and disciplined closer to join our growing acquisitions team at Amalfi Acquisitions. This is a mostly remote, full-time, commission-only role, ideal for someone with proven experience in high-stakes negotiations and a deep understanding of U.S. (preferably Southeast/Florida) culture.
You’ll take over already-contacted, pre-qualified leads in foreclosure or distress, nurture them over time, and guide them to the close. We’ll provide the warm pipeline and full CRM. You bring the skill, follow-up discipline, and emotional intelligence to convert conversations into contracts.
What you’ll do:
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of contacted foreclosure/distressed property leads using our HubSpot CRM.
• Build rapport, educate sellers, and create urgency while maintaining trust.
• Handle all follow-ups systematically, moving prospects from initial contact to signed agreements.
• Negotiate effectively to meet both seller needs and company profitability goals.
• Collaborate with leadership and other closers to refine strategies and improve results.
What we’re looking for:
• Based in the U.S. (Southeast/Florida familiarity strongly preferred).
• Fluent English speaker with excellent cultural fluency and communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience closing high-ticket sales, real estate, investments, or similar.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, with the ability to manage a flexible but disciplined schedule.
• Track record of success in commission-only or heavily performance-based environments.
• Organized, emotionally intelligent, and relentless about follow-up.
Compensation:
• Commission-only, uncapped earnings potential.
• Bonuses for consistent performance and exceeding targets.
• Average gross deal profits range $8,000–$30,000; closers earn a competitive percentage per deal, compensated as an Independent Contractor.
