Responsibilities include, among many others, the following:
Ā Drafting various documents, including notices, motions, discovery, disclosures, stipulations and dismissals;
Ā Researching local court rules and federal rules
Ā Electronic Court filing
Ā Maintain e-mails and documents as determined by attorney and paralegal;
Ā Sending and receiving correspondence;
Ā Reviewing and indexing documents;
Ā Tracking and calendaring deadlines; and
Ā Working with existing and potential clients

Ā Able to learn quickly.

Qualifications:
Ā Strong computer skills.
Ā Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Foxit/Adobe.
