Key Responsibilities Provide telephone triage and health information services to patients and healthcare professionals, assessing their symptoms and concerns, and offering guidance and support as needed. Utilize your nursing expertise and critical thinking skills to make informed decisions and provide high-quality care to patients remotely. Document patient interactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest medical guidelines, protocols, and best practices. Essential Qualifications Current Multi-State RN License : You must have a valid RN license with no restrictions. Computer Skills : Proficiency in using computers and software applications is essential for this role. 2+ Years of Nursing Experience : We are looking for experienced RNs with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Successful Completion of Background Check, Drug Screen, and References : You must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and provide professional references. 4-Week Remote Training : You will be required to complete a 4-week remote training program over Zoom video, with 100% attendance required. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Skills : Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, although not required. Previous Telephone Triage Experience : Prior experience in telephone triage or a related field is an asset, but not necessary. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills : You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
