Full Time Night RN for Residential Group Home
Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Boulder/Longmont Area, Colorado

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking RNs to join our team in a Residential Group Home, located in the scenic Boulder/Longmont Area. As an RN, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. The staffing ratio is 4:1, allowing for personalized care and attention.
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available
Shifts: Night shifts offered
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments
Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate residents and their families on health management and self-care techniques
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or Compact License
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Prior experience in a residential group home or similar setting preferred, but not required
