Job Overview
As a full-time Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in the best possible condition. You will be responsible for carrying out real-time investigations to track down customer orders, contacting customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm delivery details, and acting as an interface between our customers and Delivery Service Partners to resolve issues and arrange for re-delivery when required. Your goal will be to provide timely and effective solutions to our customers, ensuring that they have an exceptional experience with Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct real-time investigations to track down customer orders and identify potential issues
Contact customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and prevent delays
Act as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners to resolve issues and arrange for re-delivery when required
Provide timely and effective solutions to customers, ensuring that they have an exceptional experience with Amazon
Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to prevent future problems
Utilize computer systems and technology to track orders, update customer information, and communicate with internal teams


Working Hours and Schedule
This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will work day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, and your schedule may include weekends and national holidays. You will receive your work schedule at least 6 weeks in advance, and your shifts may change every 4 weeks. You will learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date.

Basic Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following basic qualifications:

Minimum age: 18 years old
Right to work in the Netherlands
Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral fluency - minimum of C1 level)
Good communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
Intermediate computer literacy
Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., weekend, and overtime as required)
