We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Full Time Merchandiser Stocker to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you'll be responsible for presenting products in a way that captures the attention of consumers at our customer retail locations. Key Responsibilities
Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
Physically moves product from the backroom to display areas, creating an attractive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelves where permitted, and rotates product to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
Organizes and maintains the backroom by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, and arranges for the return of empty pallets and shells, damaged, and out-of-date product to the branch.
Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities, and upcoming activities discussions, ensuring a strong partnership between our company and our retail customers.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A valid instate driver's license, demonstrating your ability to operate a vehicle safely and efficiently.
An excellent driving history, showcasing your commitment to safe driving practices.
Proof of insurance policy to verify current coverage of liability and property damage at no less than 50,000 per person/100,000 accident insurance per occurrence/50,000 property damage and 500 or less deductible effective from the first day of employment.
Effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing, to ensure seamless interactions with store personnel and internal stakeholders.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, lifting 50 lbs. repetitively, and navigating varying weather conditions and storage areas.
Critical thinking skills, allowing you to problem-solve and adapt to changing situations.
The ability to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision, demonstrating a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
