Full-Time Early General Education Teaching Contract Role
Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with a reputable school district in the Riverdale, IL area, is currently seeking a dedicated General Education Teacher for a full-time position in a special education setting for the remainder of the 24/25 School year.
Requirements:
Ā Valid state licensure and certification in General Education Teaching
Ā Compliance with all state and local regulations
Ā At least one year of teaching experience, preferably in a special education setting
Responsibilities:
Ā Plan and deliver engaging instruction to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities
Ā Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the IEP team
Ā Differentiate instruction to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth
Ā Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
Ā Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to create a positive learning environment
