We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our database systems, maintaining and updating records, and ensuring the integrity of our information.
Responsibilities
Inputting data accurately into various databases and systems.
Reviewing data for errors and correcting any incompatibilities.
Maintaining detailed records of tasks, files, and progress.
Updating existing data and deleting unnecessary files.
Generating reports and performing backup operations as needed.
Complying with data... integrity and security policies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
0-5 years of data entry experience or related office experience.
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware.
Basic understanding of databases and fast typing skills.

Strong command of English both oral and written.
Great attention to detail with an ability to spot numerical errors.
