Job Description:
Happy Mom Cleaning Services LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Turnover Cleaner to join our team! This is a full-time position that requires availability on weekdays and weekends. You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing Airbnb properties between guest stays, ensuring a high level of cleanliness, organization, and presentation for each new guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleanings of Airbnb properties, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces
Change and launder linens, towels, and bedding
Replenish guest amenities and supplies
Ensure all areas are neat, clean, and guest-ready
Report any maintenance issues or damage to management
Follow company standards and checklists to guarantee consistency and quality
Requirements:
Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not required (pay is based on experience)
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
