Full-Time Accountant (US GAAP) – E-commerce & Multi-Entity Focus
We’re hiring a full-time accountant who’s rock-solid on US GAAP, knows their way around QBO inside out, and can handle messy, multi-entity e-commerce setups without needing to be babysat.
This is not a client-facing role. You’ll be doing serious backend accounting work with clean, structured systems—but complex as hell. You’ll report to a Relationship Manager and be expected to manage your workload independently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Handling QBO files with class tracking (5 LLCs in one file or 5 departments in one company)
Working with clients who have multi-entity structures—you need to know how transactions relate cross-entity
Reviewing and adjusting A2X journal entries when the system doesn’t get it right
Reconciling merchant platforms: Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, PayPal, etc.
Performing monthly reconciliations, deep account reviews, and cross-checks
Building out Google Sheets dashboards and custom reporting tools using raw exports
Using tools like QBO, A2X, BILL, Shopify, DEXT, Gusto confidently and efficiently
✅ You Need to Be:
An expert in QBO and US GAAP
Comfortable with multi-entity accounting and class-based cost accounting
Able to catch errors A2X misses and know when to override or fix manually
Highly detail-oriented and self-managed—we don’t do micromanagement
Great with Google Sheets—you’ll be building trackers, reconciliations, allocations, and more
❌ Not a Fit If:
You need someone to check on you daily
You haven’t worked with eComm clients or multi-entity setups before
You’re not comfortable digging deep into merchant payout breakdowns, GLs, or adjusting sales tax
Work Details:
Full-time | Remote
Fixed hours required, but the specific shift will be worked out during hiring
We have team members in Asia, UAE, and the USA—we’ll align time zones accordingly
You’ll report to a Relationship Manager and never deal with clients directly
Bonus Points If You’ve:
Prepped cleanup files for CPAs or tax teams
Worked on inventory-heavy clients or brand licensing/royalty models
Got experience with foreign sellers, 1099 prep, or cross-border setups
