Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer (React + Python, AWS) with strong experience in Python backend development (FastAPI or Flask), modern frontend frameworks (React), and cloud platforms (AWS). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• 2-3 years experience post graduation

Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Python (or Java) and React
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Python or Java
• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud platform
• Implement cloud services such as compute, storage, networking, and security components
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps, and QA teams
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree OR Masters degree and 2 years of experience OR Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience OR Associates degree and 8 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
Red Flags:
No React experience
Interview process:
1 hour technical interview (With HM)
30 minute behavioral interview (With a member of the manager's team)
