Full Stack – Senior Rails Engineer

If you’re seeking new challenges, keep reading! Responsibilities: Design, develop, test and maintain Ruby on Rails applications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using the API first paradigm to design and implement APIs Make sure the application delivers high performance, stability, and scalability Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing and troubleshooting. Support and mentor team members while encouraging collaboration and continuous learning. Implement automated testing frameworks to improve software quality and reliability. Proactively identify and fix issues impacting speed, security, or system efficiency Requirements: 5+ years of software development experience (working with Ruby on Rails). Strong understanding of relational databases (such as PostgreSQL and MySQL) and experience with database design and optimization. Understanding of background job processing systems Knowledge of RESTful API design and development. Familiarity with cloud platforms. Strong experience or solid knowledge with frontend technologies such as TypeScript, React, Next.js Advanced English level (B2 or higher).
