You will have a solid background in supporting Single-Page Applications, Microservices, and Document-style databases. Responsibility for overseeing the maintenance and support of our MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack applications. This will include using monitoring tools (Datadog), change management tools (ServiceNow) and vulnerability and code scanning tools (WhiteHat, Snyk). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of our applications. Monitor and analyze application performance metrics to identify and resolve any performance issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, including investigating root causes and overseeing appropriate solutions. Develop and implement best practices for incident management, problem management, and change management processes. Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address potential issues. What you need to have: Experience in supporting Full-Stack applications Experience working and supporting enterprise cloud solutions Proven leadership, people management & mentoring skills Knowledge of ServiceNow or other Change Management tools What makes you stand out? The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
