Full-Stack Power Platform Consultant with Azure AI & .NET (Angular) Experience for PROPTECH Project
Summary We are seeking a full-time Developer/Consultant to lead the expansion of an established business application built on Dynamics 365 Sales and the Power Platform. Our core system is live and manages complex document reviews for condo/strata purchasers, utilizing Power Automate for internal workflows and an Angular/.NET portal for client-facing tracking. We have successfully integrated SharePoint and Helcim (payments), and we are now moving into a heavy AI-development phase. You will be responsible for maintaining existing production stability while building four critical new "pillars" of functionality. Core Systems & Current Status CRM & Automation: Dynamics 365 Sales is our primary database. We rely heavily on Power Automate for administrative tasks. Web Portal: A custom-built Angular and .NET Core environment integrated with Dataverse. Existing AI: Working Azure AI categorization models (running for most categories but needing specialized retraining) and Azure AI Document Intelligence models (currently in testing for data extraction into Dynamics). 2026 Roadmap: Key Deliverables 1. AI-Driven Report Generation (LLM Integration) Convert manual Word templates into automated reports. You will implement an LLM to analyze ~250 pages of engineering and financial documents to generate professional 10-page summaries directly within the portal. 2. Automated Data Analytics & Dataverse Management Automate the extraction of 20+ specific data fields (financial metrics, building style, etc.). This data must be organized in Dataverse to power industry-average comparisons within our reports. 3. Advanced "Zillow-Style" Map Functionality Enhance our current map feature with advanced search criteria (pet policies, fees/sqft, amenities). You will refine the database structure to support these new searchable fields for all historical records. 4. Subscription-Based Document Marketplace Implement a re-sale marketplace via our map UI. This requires building a secure subscription layer and logic to redact or exclude confidential unit-specific data before documents are made available for purchase through our Helcim integration. We would like to have the successful candidate review our current system, consider the roadmap for future features and put together app architecture for proposed solutions. Technical Requirements Expertise: Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Development: Proficient in Angular, .NET Core, C#, and JavaScript for custom plugins/web resources. AI/Data: Hands-on experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence, Python, and LLM prompt engineering. Integrations: Proven experience with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Helcim (or similar payment gateways) integrations.
