What You Will Be Doing
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Develop and implement secure, scalable APIs and database structures.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
What You Will Need
• 5+ years in software engineering
• Proficient in React & TypeScript (essential)
• Familiar with backend development in Ruby on Rails or Python (teachable)
• Skilled in creating dynamic, user-friendly interfaces
• Self-sufficient with a product-focused mindset
Nice to Have
• Experience with data annotation, AI, or ML-powered products
• Strong product intuition and adaptability to undefined specifications
• Background in fast-paced startups or complex tech environments
