Detailed Job Description:
· Senior Full-Stack Engineer Senior Full-Stack Engineers to design, build, and integrate end-to-end experiences that activate Next Best Actions (NBA) across digital and assisted channels.
· This role focuses on developing frontend and backend components using modern web technologies (React or equivalent, Node.js and/or Python), building API-first integrations with the NBA decision engine, state machine, action library, and external channel platforms (email, SMS, push, web, call-center, etc.).
· The ideal candidate has strong experience with cloud-native development, REST/GraphQL APIs, and event-driven integrations (Kafka or equivalent), along with a solid understanding of security, performance, and observability.
· The engineer will deliver production-grade features, collaborate closely with backend, data, and UX teams, and ensure seamless, scalable activation of personalized actions across channels, with experience in regulated or healthcare environments considered a plus.
