Full-Stack Developer - Frontend Focused: React/React Native | Equity-Salary

Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain scalable and robust backend systems for mobile applications and websites, ensuring high performance and reliability. • Collaborate with front-end developers, mobile app developers, and designers to integrate backend functionality seamlessly into user interfaces. • Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between frontend interfaces and backend services. • Optimize database queries and data access methods to improve application performance and responsiveness. • Implement authentication, authorization, and security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Monitor server infrastructure, identify potential issues or bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance scalability and stability. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions that meet project deadlines. • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve backend issues and ensure the overall quality of the product. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in backend development, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain backend services in cloud environments. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. • Proven experience as a Backend Developer, specifically working on mobile applications and websites. • Strong proficiency in development languages such as Javascript and Typescript. • Experience with frameworks such as Express.js, Next.js, React and React Native • Solid understanding of database management system PostgreSQL. • Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs. • Experience with AWS cloud platform such as AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with containerization tools like Docker. • Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, and session management.
