Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle for integration with IVR, text messaging, and OCR technologies.
• Build an understanding of the configuration frameworks for the IVR technologies and leverage it to customize and configure interactive voice workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues to enhance application efficiency.
• Maintain code quality with best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field or related work experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Java Spring Boot for microservices development.
• Experience with JPA for Oracle.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and best practices for API development.
• Working experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
• Experience working with IVR, interactive text messaging, and OCR solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
