About Us MIDIGITAL AI is a fast-growing AI automation agency based in Montreal, specializing in AI receptionists, outbound AI callers, CRM integrations, AI chatbots, lead generation systems, and custom automation builds for small and mid-sized businesses across multiple industries (automotive, dental, trades, insurance, retail, etc.). We’re expanding our technical team and looking for high-level full-stack AI developers who can architect, build, and maintain custom AI-driven solutions. If you love building smart automations, API-driven workflows, AI agents, NLP chatbots, and backend logic, you'll fit right in. Role Summary We're looking for a developer who can take a client requirement (e.g., “AI receptionist that books appointments into GHL” or “AI bot that posts inventory to multiple platforms”) and turn it into a fully functional, stable automation. You must be comfortable with: Backend development API design & integrations AI model orchestration Automation platforms Webhooks, triggers, data transformations Scaling & optimization This is an ongoing position with 10–30+ hours/week available for the right person.
