FULL REMOTE - Dental / Medical Practice Sell-Side Advisor. Ideal candidate has experience in deal advisory, sales, and strong financial acumen. Requires 5+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or equity sales, and direct experience with multi-million-dollar transactions. Compensation: Target Base Salary of $100,000 (recoverable draw) + performance-based commissions (9-14% of the deal) + vested commission structure. OTE: $500,000 - $750,000.
Requirements
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or equity sales
ā¢ Directly closed multi-million-dollar transactions ($1M+ deal size)
ā¢ Fluent in EBITDA-based valuations and financial normalization
ā¢ Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in US dental M&A deal structures
ā¢ Deep understanding of the 'Buy-Box' criteria for major US groups like Heartland, Aspen, or Pacific Dental
ā¢ Ability to analyze clinical metrics and dental-specific benchmarks (e.g., payroll % to revenue, lab fee ratios)
ā¢ Proficiency in CRM management and digital tools to maintain pipeline discipline
