JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking Part Time and Full Time Corporate and VIP Leisure Travel Consultants to join our team. The ETS consultant(s) will be responsible for facilitating professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for our clients along with providing excellent customer service. These positions require individuals with exceptional commitment to detail combined with a positive attitude towards work and life!
DUTIES:
Ā Complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car rental, rail, etc ) at the lowest possible price via Sabre, internet and/or with consolidators within company guidelines
Ā Understanding and anticipating VIP client needs and travel preferences
Ā Detailed documentation of all PNRs within company guidelines
Ā Stays fully informed on all airline rules and regulations, tariffs and fare requirements
Ā Work as a team player to assure the workload is distributed evenly and offering assistance where and whenever needed
ATTITUDES / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Ā Excellent Sabre skills including ticketing, exchanges and refunds
Ā Extensive experience as an International and Domestic travel agent
Ā Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Strong skills in travel planning and itinerary creation
Ā Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Ā Positive disposition
