Full Charge Bookkeeper/5 Yrs Min Exp Required (Managing Multiple Accounts)
Advantage Bookkeeping Professionals, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper/Account Manager. Duties include full charge bookkeeping and general accounting. You will be assigned as the hands-on bookkeeper/account manager to several of our clients and enjoy the challenges and variety this working arrangement offers. While all work will be done remotely, we have a team approach, so you are never alone in trying to learn the ropes or solve issues.

Main Responsibilities
- Account manager for multiple clients working in both QBO and QBDT
- Real-time and after-the-fact bookkeeping that may include (depending on client): sales tax filing and recording, payroll reporting and recording, bank transactions and reconciliations, credit card transactions and reconciliations, entering and paying bills, creating invoices, recording customer payments, reviewing and providing accurate and complete financial statements, and 1099s
- Professional and responsive client communications
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a bookkeeper
- Firm grasp of accounting principles
- Recent QuickBooks Online experience
- Proficiency in both QuickBooks Online and Desktop
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) a must
- Customer service mindset (essential)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter / problem solver / willing to learn new skills
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:
- Experience working with both cash- and accrual-basis clients
- Experience working remotely
- Experience in a multi-client environment
- Experience with client task timer
- Experience with task management software

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
