All About Businesses was founded in 2016. We provide outstanding Full Charge Bookkeeping and Tax services in Portland and surrounding areas. We have a dedicated hardworking virtual team that works from home while making All About Businesses professional to the clients.
We have an exciting role for the firm. We are looking for the right person who is dedicated and loyal to All About Businesses... and the team that I have built. We need a multitasker who can handle multiple accounts at one time and has experience working remotely. You will work directly with the Owner to ensure the Client has the best customer service and accounting services possible. This role is challenging and dynamic.
We are looking for a natural self-starter requiring little supervision but high accountability.
We need a passionate, talented, & experienced Full Charge Senior Bookkeeper who can juggle many clients and tasks with ease. This role will begin with 20-40 hours per week. We are growing rapidly. This is an exciting time.

We are looking for:
Someone who has vast experience working at a Bookkeeping or CPA firm.
· A Master at Solving Problems and who also enjoys it
· Follows instructions
· Can think outside the box
· Amazing with attention to detail
· Accountable & Dependable to the Clients and the Owner
· Trustworthy & Honorable
Must have experience working with 4 different business industries
Must be a current Certified QB Proadvisor and have a home office set-up
Required experience in:
QuickBooks Desktop & Online (10+years)
Full Charge Bookkeeping (10+years)
ERP Systems-Microsoft Dynamics a ++++
You must have experience with Inventory (5+)
Microsoft Excel including Budgets, Formulas, What If, Pivot Tables (5+)
Journal Entries (3+)
Payroll Processing (5+)
This is a Contractor position to start. Hours are mainly Monday through Monday-Friday but you can work varied hours. Employment Benefits Near Future
