In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial transactions, which include lease administration, budgeting, payables, and receivables. Additionally, you will generate detailed financial reports and ensure compliance with established policies and regulations. Comprehensive training will be provided by our bookkeeping staff, allowing you to develop your skills further and report on various financial matters effectively. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate or Property Management Accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, and experience with Yardi Real Estate Management software is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the initiative to work independently. Responsibilities
