The Fulfillment Team Member - Auditing / Inventory Handler plays a critical role to ensure all products comply within the Cook Unity standards and accuracy through regular audit counting, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate stock levels - conditions in the fulfillment process. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while keeping correct data and prevent customer complaints. You are… Able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation, including: Auditing - Inventory Counter accurately based on order sheets, ensuring all items meet quality and quantity requirements. Perform daily auditing counts of inventory to verify stock levels and accuracy Investigate and resolve discrepancies, reporting findings to the front-line leadership Run conciliation and compliance processes Utilize website management platform to track and update stock data Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to quality control Work closely with operations teams to maintain inventory and quality integrity Assist with root cause analysis for inventory/ quality variances and recommend corrective actions Maintain proper documentation and records of auditing count results Conduct physical auditing and reconcile variances with system/ standard recordsNote: Activities informative, not limitative Must haves… 21 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States Willing to work in cold environments (41F or less) Non slips works shoes required Willing to lift 50lb (minimum) Willing to rotate shifts Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse work ~ Inventory & Auditing management (2 years) Inventory knowledge and metrics/ KPIs (2 years) College or Bachelors degree Logical-mathematical reasoning Bilingual: Spanish and English If you’re interested in this role, please submit your application and if we think you might be a fit, we'll get in touch with you.
