Ā Utilizes inbound/outbound telephone techniques to build client relationships

Ā Completes all required documentation to process customer transactions

Ā Follows through on customer inquiries, requests, or complaints

Ā Resolves issues promptly
,
Ā Works under close supervision or defined procedures
Requirements
Ā High School Diploma or GED
,
Ā One (1) year of experience in customer service/sales
,
Ā Technical specifications for remote work: Download speed of at least 30 Mbps, Upload speed of at least 5 Mbps, Ethernet connection required
