We’re on a mission to help parents ignite a love of learning and a love of life.Role SummaryThe Fulfillment Center Manager (FCM) is a seasoned operations professional with expertise in both fulfillment (distribution) and transportation. This role provides full oversight of one of our Fulfillment Centers and is accountable for leading 30–50 team members, including multiple layers of management. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role is integral to developing processes across our distribution network and ensuring day-to-day excellence in operational execution.
