Fulfillment Analyst--Bilingual, Commercial Funding

The Bilingual Fulfillment Analyst, Commercial Funding is responsible for assisting with the closing of commercial loan transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Process progress draw requests Setup initial paperless files Review & bookmark Commitment Letter and CMHC Certificate of Insurance Complete third-party instructions to reflect the loan structure and particularities Full onboarding of loan in Optimus Complete templates & checklists with loan details and pre-funding deliverables required Inputting of data on Optimus (Insurance, taxes and peripheral items) Arrange for the execution of various documents by the appropriate signatories and distribution to the requesting parties File related documents, maintenance, and organization of files Full onboarding of deals originated by third parties Complete special projects as assigned by the Assistant-Manager & Manager, Commercial Mortgage Funding Skills Post-secondary education (degree preferred) 1-2 years of experience in finance, preferably in mortgage financing Proficiency in Microsoft and Excel computer applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven organization skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task Analytical thinker and risk mitigating mindset Must adapt in a fast-paced environment Team player with ability to perform extra duties as assigned Must be able to work independently and take ownership of their own portfolio with minimal supervision Bilingualism required (French and English) - interactions with English and French speaking customers or partners Benefits Highly competitive compensation package which includes, base salary, bonus,benefits, and career advancement opportunities!
