Eligibility Criteria:
Passed out in 2022 or 2023 (final results awaited candidates are also eligible).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (BE/B.Tech) in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Post Graduation in MCA from institutes approved by AICTE/DOTE/DTE/Govt.
Consistent academic record with a minimum of 60% or equivalent marks in 10th, 12th, and throughout the graduation/post-graduation.
Any relevant certifications or specializations will be considered an advantage.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong coding and development skills with hands-on experience or projects in relevant technologies.
Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, system logic, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, C programming language, and familiarity with databases.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Demonstrated learning aptitude with a strong desire to grow and develop professionally.
Willingness to work from office full-time (Noida location).
Responsibilities:
Participate in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Continuously upgrade your technical skills and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Follow best practices in coding, documentation, and software lifecycle management.
Support troubleshooting and debugging efforts during application development and deployment.
Selection Process:
Written Test to assess technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Technical Discussion focusing on coding, algorithms, and project experience.
HR Discussion to evaluate cultural fit and communication skills.
