Company DescriptionQAD is building a world-class growing SaaS company with tremendous focus on its rapidly growing Foreign-Trade Zone Software solution.Job DescriptionWe have immediate openings for experienced data integration specialists to utilize ETL/SSIS to integrate QAD FTZ software, with Customs ABI systems and Global Trade data systems. The individual or individuals chosen will work directly with our QAD FTZ customers as well as the customer’s Customhouse brokers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, etc. Where You Be Working…
This is a remote position. The only requirement is that the candidate must reside in the Continental United States.What you will be doing…You will be working directly with our customers’ compliance and technical teams to build SSIS/ETL data mappings, automated scripts, etc. for the purpose of transforming global trade and compliance data to and from QAD FTZ inventory control and compliance software.Qualifications2+ years of experience using Microsoft SQL Server SSISFirst hand understanding of global trade data fields, terms, as well as an understanding of HTSUS data and termsAbility to work on multiple projects at once and deliver on-time resultsHave a working knowledge of compliance and logistics activitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.The individual should be self motivated and be capable of working as part of a team, or alone, with little supervision.Desired ExperienceIn depth experience using SQL Server SSISExperience integrating FTZ, ABI, or other compliance systemsExperience with FTZ systemsExperience participating in the implementation of FTZ software or other import compliance system Experience implementing, data-mapping, integrating compliance systems is a plusAdditional InformationYour health and well being are important to us at QAD.
