ABOUT FTG UNIVERSE
FTG Universe is a 3-brand football media ecosystem built for the World Cup 2026 era:
FNTG (FromNothingToGlory): cinematic underdog stories + global football culture
FTGIntel: tactical breakdowns + “smart fan” intelligence
FGTP: (FromGloryToPower): football business, power, money, influence, control (authority-driven)
We’re building a structured, professional, long-term football media brand. You will be the on-camera voice and the writing engine behind our weekly output.
ROLE SUMMARY (WHAT YOU OWN)
You are responsible for:
Hosting weekly Lives (community ignition)
Writing high-retention scripts (long-form + shorts)
Packaging direction (titles/thumbnail concept briefs + retention strategy)
Community activation (prompts, comment engagement, weekly loops)
Important: Editing/design/upload operations are handled by our operations lead (Diego). You focus on performance: writing + hosting, and community.
HOURS + AVAILABILITY
30–40 hours/week (part-time but high output)
Must be available for scheduled Lives and deadlines

WEEKLY DELIVERABLES (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
A) Long-Form Scripts (Core)
5 - 6 long-form scripts/week across FNTG, FTGIntel, and FGTP
Length: 8–20 minutes each
Must include:
cold open (0–20s)
retention beats every 90–120 seconds
pattern interrupts
mini-payoffs throughout
strong ending CTA + next-video tease
B) Shorts Scripts (Core)
14 Shorts scripts/week across all channels
Length: 20–45 seconds
Must include: hook in 0–1s, 3 retention beats, rewatch trigger, comment CTA
C) Packaging (Required)
For each long-form:
3 title options (SEO-friendly)
1 thumbnail concept brief (text overlay + image idea + emotion angle)
For Shorts:
Hook line + on-screen text suggestion
D) Live + Community Activation (Required)
You will host:
1 live per week per channel (3 Lives/week total)
Each Live must have:
run-of-show outline (segments + timing)
10–15 audience prompts/questions
pinned comment plan
post-live highlight clip suggestion list (3–5 moments)
Community deliverables:
3–5 community posts/week (polls, debate prompts, announcements)
1 prompt pack/week: 5 comment prompts + 3 community post ideas
Light engagement: reply guidance + “fan dialogue” instincts (we’ll handle most replies, but you provide the voice + templates)
E) Editorial QA / Proofing (As-Needed)
Before any product upload (PDF/KDP), you must:
run a checklist QA (visuals, typos, consistency, formatting, compliance/disclaimer mindset). Deliver an “Error Log + Fix List +
Pass/Fail”. This is not weekly unless a product is scheduled.
REQUIRED SKILLS (MUST-HAVE)
Excellent English writing (tight, clear, engaging)
Proven YouTube scripting (Shorts + 8–20 min long-form)
Strong retention storytelling structure + audience psychology
Comfortable hosting on camera (Lives, community Q&A, strong presence)
Football knowledge (tactics/history/business) OR fast research ability
Packaging instincts (titles + thumbnail direction)
Professional workflow discipline in ClickUp + Google Drive (no scattered DMs)
Nice-to-have
Experience hosting/moderating Lives regularly
Understanding of a copyright-safe sourcing mindset
Ability to turn Lives into clips (highlight selection; editing not required)

Topic: “Why the World Cup 2026 will be won off the pitch: fan movement, money, and momentum.” Must include: hook, clear structure, 1 audience question, strong close.
Task B — Long-Form Script (10–12 min)
Topic provided by us. Must include a cold open, retention beats, and a CTA.
Task C — 3 Short Scripts
Across 2 different channels (example: 2 Intel + 1 FNTG).
Task D — Live Outline
Create a 30–45 minute live run-of-show + 10 Q&A prompts + pinned comment plan.

Script quality + retention: 50%
On-camera presence: 30%
Community/live activation structure: 20%
