Job Summary of Front Office Agent:

In this position, employees will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, as well as checking them out upon departure. Responsibilities of Front Office Agent:
As a Front Office Agent you have the essential duty of welcoming guests with a courteous greeting and register them in a timely manner while providing an excellent service experience
Executes the necessary steps for guests to leave the hotel premises
Addressing guest concerns throughout their hotel experience
Promoting the amenities and services provided by the hotel while upgrading the guests is an essential part of the job
Organizes and executes various marketing programs catering to incoming guests
