Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and enhance internal and external applications. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end expertise along with the ability to support backend systems and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design and build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly application interfaces.
β’ Support UI/UX design for existing systems, including graphic design and mockups.
β’ Enhance and maintain existing applications built on .NET and other technologies.
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external agencies to define and implement new solutions.
β’ Work in an Agile development environment to continuously improve application performance and usability.
β’ Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and design patterns.
β’ Ensure best practices in usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design.
β’ Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
β’ Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Front-End or Full Stack Developer.
β’ 3+ years of hands-on experience in:
β’ HTML5, CSS3
β’ CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap)
β’ Responsive and mobile-first design principles
β’ Agile development methodologies
β’ UI/UX design, mockups, and prototyping
β’ Strong portfolio or GitHub showcasing relevant projects.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
β’ Experience with JavaScript
β’ Exposure to AI-based applications
β’ Knowledge of Dynamics 365
β’ Experience with Java Spring Framework
β’ Familiarity with Git/GitHub or version control tools
β’ Experience with Squiz CMS
β’ Understanding of User Journey Mapping
