Hotel Front Desk Job Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Passion for providing an above and beyond guest experience
• Assists guests and owners in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
• Monitors inquiries and phone calls, being armed with information on all property amenities, activities and lodging options/availability
Assists in booking guest rooms, spa treatments, reservations at our award-winning restaurant, and activities that showcase the best that southern Vermont has to offer
Coordinate housekeeping schedule for routine cleaning of rooms
Assist management in maintaining top notch and immaculate room and lodging conditions * Daily data entry
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
Provides pre-arrival support for guests * Facilitates correspondence with guests
• Acts as the site liaison for the services and sales center
• Works collaboratively with any resort associates and resources

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma
Prior resort or hotel experience preferred
Familiarity with telephone, office, and point-of-sale software a plus

Salary: From $20 per hour
