Our ideal candidate will excel in the areas of customer service, organization, and communication (telephone, email, and in-person) and must be personable, detail oriented, proficient with computers, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Training pay is $17/hour with the intention to increase to $19/hour after a 2 month training period, if all expectations are being met. We are willing to shorten or forgo the training period wage for the right candidate. We are looking to fill a part-time/full-time position. Evenings and weekend availability are a must ! Some mornings may be needed as well. There is a lot of flexibility with the schedule that we can discuss during your interview. Job Responsibilities include: Booking/Scheduling Appointments Greeting Clients Checking Clients in and out Responding to all client inquiries in a polite and timely manner Offering Refreshments Answering phones Maintaining neat and tidy reception area/ lobby.
