Description:
As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to our guests, handling their check-ins and check-outs, assisting them with their queries, and ensuring that they have a memorable stay at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be a customer service enthusiast with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
– Welcoming guests upon their arrival
– Processing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
– Assisting guests with their requests and queries
– Managing phone calls and messages
– Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
– Excellent customer service skills
– Proficient in English
– Basic knowledge of computer systems and software
– Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
– Flexibility to work during evenings and on weekends
Educational Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A degree or certification in hospitality management will be considered a plus.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory as we provide comprehensive paid training to all our new hires.
